- In this case , the ouput video resolution of DVR exceeds the maximum resolution supported by display:
1,you can change another display with higher resolution .
2,Login the web interface of DVR ,select a lower resolution output in system configuration.
3,Login the web interface of DVR,restore the DVR to factory setting.
(suggestion:Adjust the ouput resolution of DVR according to the display)
Q2: Why the video records in playback is inconsecutive ?2020-11-16
Please refer to the below steps:
1,Check if the Schedule Record is a 24*7 timing recording
(if it is motion recording policy, it will only trigger a temporary recording when motion is detected )
2,Check the log records at correspond timestamp at System Maintenance on Main menu,
choose all type and find what happened before and after the interrupt point of record,
Generally ,a recording will stop when : Device turn off, Abnormal power off, Manual operation, Motion detect, IP channel offline.
Q3: Is the Hybrid DVR able to connect coaxial camera,analog camera and network camera at the same time?2020-11-16
- The hybrid video recorder supports the general analog camera, the coaxial camera, the network camera at same time .
However, how many camera it can connect and how to connect is depended on different model,so please refer to the parameters corresponding to the actual model.
Q4: Why the preview window has image, but there is a sign show no video signal on the image?2020-11-16
Following are the reasons for your reference:
1.Video signal is too weak due to the loose of connection between Video input cable and the video input connector on device back mainboard,
please check if the connection is fastened.
2.The format of video input and output is not matched.please move the mouse to the bottom of the toolbar and click the “video signal”button,
set the correct “CVBS output format”,generally, PAL is in China
3.Video signal attenuation due to transmission distance or cable damage
