1. check if the face is in the detection area.

2. check if the algorithm software version is displayed.

3. check if the face snapshot is turned on and if the schedule time is set.

4. check if target is standing two far away so the actual face pixel is smaller than the value of ‘Face Pixel Min’ in ‘Parameter Configure’.

5. Check the installation height of the camera and the height of the target, and ensure that the vertical angle between the camera and target's face is less than 30 degrees.

6. Check if the target's face angle is within the requirements of ‘Yaw Degree’, ‘Tilt Degree’ and ‘Pitch Degree’ in the WEB setting.
